2. Pilu at Freshwater in Sydney

3. The Euro in Brisbane

For the second year running, Brisbane's urban cool restaurant The Euro will be opening its doors on Christmas day. Let award winning chef Alejandro Cancino serve up a four course meal that brings a modern twist to some traditional dishes. The set menu for the day is priced at $135 per person, or $55 for kids.

4. Ormeggio at the Spit in Sydney

Buon Natale! Experience Christmas like an Italian with a four course gourmet feast at waterfront dining destination Ormeggio at the Spit. With warm, friendly service you can expect a long lunch, delicious food and a merry time.

5. Jonah's in Whale Beach

Escape for a coastal retreat to Whale Beach, just north of Sydney, this Christmas. Jonah's is not only home to a hatted restaurant, but also offers premium accommodation. This means you won't have to leave your hotel for a gourmet Christmas food experience. Jonah's has a five course degustation planned for this year that'll cost you $245 per head.
