Adam D'Sylva, part owner and head chef at the buzzing Melbourne eatery Coda Bar, is presenting later this month at the iconic foodie event, the Melbourne Good Food & Wine Show.

Nestled in one of Melbourne's iconic laneways (basement Oliver Lane off Flinders Lane), Coda is located in the busiest and most dynamic culinary precinct the city has to offer.
