Chicken and Autumn Vegetable Pie

Embrace your autumn produce with this chicken and autumn vegetable pie, which includes butternut pumpkin, leek and the root vegetable celeriac along with chicken, pancetta and thyme. This pie comes with a little twist as the pie lids are cooked separately and simply added on top of the pie filling to serve.
